The AAT3113ITP-20-T1 HTG4H is a low noise, constant frequency charge pump DC/DC converter that uses fractional (1.5X) conversion to increase efficiency in White LED applications. The device can be used to produce current level up to 20mA for each output from a 2.7V to 5.5V input. Low external part count (two 1μF flying capacitors and two small bypass capacitors at VIN, and OUT) makes the AAT3113ITP-20-T1 HTG4H ideally suited for small battery-power application.
