The UPC2711TB-E3 is a Silicon MMIC Wideband Amplifier manufactured using 20 GHz fT NESAT Ⅲ silicon bipolar process of NEC. The device is designed for use as buffer amps in DBS tuners. The UPC2711TB-E3 is pin compatible and has comparable performance as the larger UPC2711/12T, so it is suitable for use as a replacement to help reduce system size. The IC is housed in a 6 pin
super minimold or SOT-363 package.
